ABOUT THE TRANSITION PROCESS
This is a unique season in the life of Christ Community Church, and we’re very excited for all the Lord will show us. This ministry year, the Board and Pastor Selection Team have been working to identify a clear process that will result in a successful transition.
Celebration and Onboarding
As we continue the lead pastor transition process, we invite all Christ Community Church attenders to prayerfully engage in the process. We are excited to celebrate the leadership and influence that Pastor David Staff has had in this church body over nearly 28 years. This honoring and celebrating will happen between now and the end of May.
Through an intentional onboarding process, we will also continue to welcome with great anticipation the increasing leadership influence of Pastor Kyle Bartholic as our next Lead Pastor. His official start date in that new role is June 1.
